However as a universal, social and economic conditions of people effective their classification. Social stratification creates a hierarchy system in a society and represents the sort of people in this hierarchy. Furthermore, in this hierarchy, assets, assets allocations and opportunities do not reach to people equally. This unequal conditions lead to social inequalities and social divisions in the society. Social stratification separating people different layers and causes the inequalities in the society. Social inequality is the situation of each member of the society has not equal conditions, social status and social class. It exists between gender, races, classes and countries. According to inequalities distribution of the rights, assets and wealth is changing. The forms of social inequality are gender inequality, race inequality, and wealth inequality. Such forms of discriminations do not allow equal distribution of assets and the chance of seizing opportunities. Thomas M.
